Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our orders normally ship within 1 - 3 business days, but sometimes things outside of our control happen that may delay the shipment of your order. If this happens to you're order, we'll do our best to notify you!

Q: My order was shipped, but where is it?

A. All of our orders come with tracking numbers provided by Canada Post. You can track your order by entering that number on the Canada Post Tracking website found Here. Alternatively, you can download the SHOP-Powered by Shopify to track your package. There will be a link to the app in your order confirmation email.

If you have a tracking number but your unable to track it, just sit tight. It just means that Canada Post hasn't processed the package yet.

Q: I live in the Kingston area, can I just pick up my order?

A. Yes! But since we don't have a brick and mortar location yet, all local pickup orders will be conducted in the parking lot of the Cataraqui Mall. If you have selected Local Pick-up, you'll be notified when your order is ready and receive instructions on how to arrange a time for pick-up.

Q: I made a mistake in my cart, are you able to change my order?

A: We'll do our best to help correct any problems after your order has been processed, but we work very hard once you've placed your order to get everything packed up and out the door as fast as possible, so we may not always be able to make changes. The best thing you can do is double check your order before finalizing your payment.

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: By default, all our prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We're working on being able to change the currency to USD for our Customers south of the border, we'll make an announcement when we make that option available!

Q: How much of your products are actually made in Canada?

A: Some of our materials come from the U.S., but 100% of our lures are made right here in Kingston, Ontario.

 

Promotions

Limestone Lures reserves the right the honour promotions only during the advertised periods. We will not reimburse or refund orders place before or after a promotion. We appreciate your understanding!
