Product Issues and Refunds

We strive to produce quality fishing lures and all of our products are inspected prior to packaging, but every once in a while one that has a defect which affects the action of the bait might slip through. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right!

If you've made it half way through a bag of baits and find one that is in unacceptable condition, please let us know! We won't refund the whole package, but we'll arrange something to make sure you are happy with your Limestone Lures products!

If we can't come to an acceptable resolution to the problem you're having with your order we will refund the cost of the item as long as it is in the same condition it was received in (IE, unused, all quantities of baits are included etc).

We might ask you to take pictures and submit them so we can fully understand the problem and what might have caused it. We may also ask that you return the product to us for further inspection. In this case, we'll refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us as long as it is packaged in a reasonable manner (IE, a padded envelope vs a 24"x24"x24" box for a single package of lures) We'll use this information to make our products and services better in the future.
