The Jr. Deputy is a versatile 2.25” fluke-style bait with a subtly ringed body that tapers down to a thin tail, ending in a flat flapper or whale tail. Poured with our signature floating plastic that’s slightly more elastic, this bait was built with finesse in mind and really shines on a drops hot. That floating plastic gives the Jr. Deputy a natural upward presentation, and the thin tail adds a unique undulating action that moves with the slightest twitch, or even just the water itself.
While it was designed specifically for drop shotting, the Jr. Deputy’s utility doesn’t stop there. It also makes a killer finesse jig trailer, and when paired with a micro bladed jig, the tail swings and vibrates like it’s got a mind of its own.
